It was a great overnight stay at this hotel for a quick flight connection. Staff was helpful, amenities superb. Shuttle buses were free to the airport and town. However, restaurant hours were inconvenient for late arrivals. Room lacked climate control. The transfer process was slow and no taxi service. Overall, a good value.

Loved the room with a view of planes landing. English TV and convenience store were bonuses. Buffet was pricey, but cafe meals were great. Shuttle service to airport was handy. Quick room change due to smoke smell. A good option for a layover stay.

The location of this hotel is perfect for shopping at the outlet mall and renting a car across the street. It's also close to the airport but we had trouble finding the train station. The room was clean and comfortable, but the bathroom needed some renovations. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good, with a variety of Japanese and Western options.

The elevators were slow and made it difficult to reach the higher floors quickly.

This hotel is very convenient for early flights and located really near to the airport. The shuttle service to and from the hotel is very efficient and the staff is helpful with luggage. The breakfast buffet has a great choice of food and is served in a beautiful garden with nice views. The free Wi-Fi was working well and the hotel facilities were satisfactory.

The only thing worth mentioning was the cinema complex with 9 screens - finally something entertaining in that isolated place.

De appartementen binnen het complex hebben beveiliging. Het complex heeft restaurants/supermarkten/pinautomaten, en is een korte taxirit naar de oude binnenstad, wat erg handig voor mij was. Het personeel was zeer attent en behulpzaam. Het appartement was schoon, had alle benodigde faciliteiten en bood veel waar voor je geld!

The hotel was top-notch with a wicked close location to the airport and a mega shuttle bus that was proper massive, not no little bouncy bus. Lush garden views in the dining area and massive space all around, especially in the new wing, made it family-friendly. Check-in was a breeze, and the staff were dead helpful and all sprechen Englisch. The room was massive, comfy as, and watching flights take off from the room with no noise was mint. The selection of nosh at the buffet was top dollar, and the prices were well decent for all you get. Only bummer was walls being a tad thin, could eavesdrop on chit-chat in the hallway, but it weren't a biggie at all. Cheers for a banging overnight stay, definitely recommend! 🌟

I particularly enjoyed the diverse shopping options at Aeon Mall Narita, especially the locally grown "Beni Komachi" sweet potatoes.

We had a fantastic stay at Nikko in Narita. Everything was perfect, from the easy check-in process to the comfortable bed and working AC. the hotel had all our 21 preordered parcels ready and stored them properly in the fridge/freezer. They even went above and beyond by cleaning up the trash from our unpacking. the convenience of having a 24-hour konbini inside the hotel was a major plus. the 11th floor bar was well run and well stocked. the shuttle bus to the airport was punctual and took just 5 minutes. we couldn't ask for more!
